01 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between ph6555 (hereinafter "ph6555", "we", "us", "the Platform") and any individual (hereinafter "you", "the Member", "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service or feature offered through ph6555 and its associated domains, including ph6555.net.

By accessing the ph6555 website, creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or participating in any game or activity offered on the Platform, you conclusively affirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in their entirety;

You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. ph6555 reserves the right to require documentary verification of any information provided at registration or at any subsequent time.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) ph6555 account. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different personal details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses, is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in the closure of all associated accounts, forfeiture of any bonuses, and potential withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

03 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph6555 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. ph6555 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.2 Account Activity Responsibility

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your ph6555 account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ph6555 support immediately. ph6555 will investigate reported unauthorised access but cannot guarantee recovery of funds transferred or wagered prior to notification.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

ph6555 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts. You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents: government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, PhilSys National ID, driver's license); proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement dated within the last three months); and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or full account suspension.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

An account that has not recorded any login or transactional activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months shall be classified as inactive. ph6555 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to inactive accounts as disclosed in the applicable fee schedule, deducted from the remaining account balance on a monthly basis until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Members will be notified via email before inactivity fees are applied.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ph6555 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, InstaPay, and PesoNet. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ph6555 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must be made from a payment account or instrument registered in your own name. ph6555 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the ph6555 cashier section. Deposits are generally credited to your ph6555 account balance in real time, subject to the processing times of the relevant payment provider.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your ph6555 account. Prior to processing any withdrawal, ph6555 reserves the right to complete KYC verification as described in Section 3.3. ph6555 targets withdrawal processing within the timeframes displayed in the cashier section; however, final crediting to your nominated account is subject to the processing times of your bank or e-wallet provider and is outside ph6555's direct control.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

ph6555 is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering laws and regulations. ph6555 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks on any account, to request source-of-funds documentation, and to report suspicious transactions to the relevant Philippine authorities. Any attempt to use ph6555 for money laundering or any other illicit financial activity will result in immediate account termination and reporting to law enforcement agencies.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

ph6555 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each individual promotion, which are published on the ph6555 Bonus page. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms, all ph6555 bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as applicable) must be staked on eligible games before a withdrawal request will be approved.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible ph6555 members only. ph6555 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion and to exclude any member from participating in a promotion. ph6555 employs monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to fulfil wagering requirements; exploiting errors or omissions in bonus terms; and coordinating with other members to abuse promotions. ph6555 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close the accounts of members found to have engaged in bonus abuse.

06 Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

All games offered on ph6555 are governed by individual game rules displayed within the respective game interface. You are responsible for familiarising yourself with the rules of any game before participating. ph6555 games utilise certified random number generator (RNG) technology to ensure genuinely random and fair outcomes. In the event of a discrepancy between a game result displayed on your device and the result recorded on ph6555's server, the server record shall be the definitive and final record.

ph6555 reserves the right to void any game round, bet, or transaction that was placed or executed as a result of a software error, malfunction, network interruption, or any other technical fault that materially affected the integrity of the game outcome. In such circumstances, ph6555 will endeavour to restore affected members to the position they held prior to the faulty transaction.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ph6555 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to circumvent the one-account policy;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature;
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the Platform's infrastructure, security, or data integrity;
• Using ph6555 for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illicit financial purpose;
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ph6555 staff or other members.

ph6555 reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including account suspension, account termination, withholding of funds pending investigation, and referral to law enforcement authorities.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the ph6555 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the site — is the property of ph6555 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from ph6555 without the prior express written consent of ph6555. Unauthorised use of ph6555 intellectual property may result in civil and/or criminal liability.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ph6555 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

ph6555's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to ph6555 in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph6555 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ph6555 shall not be liable for any service interruptions caused by events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, power outages, natural disasters, or government actions.

10 Data Privacy

ph6555 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Philippines' Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. 12 Suspension & Termination

12.1 Termination by ph6555

ph6555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification; account inactivity; or compliance with a regulatory requirement or court order.

12.2 Termination by the Member

You may close your ph6555 account at any time by contacting ph6555 customer support. Prior to closing your account, any pending bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied or the bonus forfeited, and any eligible balance will be returned to your nominated withdrawal account following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account, your licence to use the ph6555 Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply after termination.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of ph6555 shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between you and ph6555. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent ph6555 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
